My mother is a very cheerful woman. She is always laughing and smiling to everyone. She and I are like friends. But, once, I hated her, and she hated me, too. We were fighting everyday. She never let me answer her back. I was too grown-up for my age, so I did everything for myself. I am the eldest daughter and I have a brother and sister. I was told by my parents to be a person of strong character, so I was a very saucy girl. When I was seventeen years old, I began to live by myself. Little by little, I realized that my nagging mother was always thinkng about me, and she is not only my best mother, but also my best friend. After that, we began to talk about life, cooking, business, boyfriends and everything. Now, we talk over the telephone for about thirty minutes once a week. In the future, I will try to be more mature and I want to be my mother's best friend. |
